Responsibilities：

•According to the project arrangement, design the experiment plan reasonably and implement it carefully. 继续了解

•Cooperate with the Business Department to regularly report the project progress to customers.

•Write English daily report and final report timely.

•According to the company's requirements, summarize the work in time and submit the experimental data.

Qualifications：

•Bachelor degree in chemistry-related major.

•Have experience in the development and on-site work of PU flexible and rigid formulated polyol (e.g. refrigerator, panel, spray foam and car seat, etc).

•Strong anti-pressure, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, can lead one or more laboratory assistants to carry out research work.

•Language: fluent in English.

2.Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities：

•Responsible for oversea market development.

•Represent the company to visit clients, participate exhibitions and conferences, fostering strong client relationships.

•Effectively communicate features and benefits and capabilities of Yadong's services and other associated services.

•Collects and disseminates accurate and complete information from clients to internal technical staff to understand the scope of work.

•Works with operational staff to define project scope and combine with existing capabilities to generate the scope of work and provide timely price quotations/proposals.

•Assists in reviewing, writing and negotiating contract terms and conditions.

•Follows up on quotations for purposes of both gathering client feedback and expediting client decisions.

•Completes paper work (i.e., sales/call reports, quote requests, and expense reports) and updates Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool in a timely manner.

Qualifications：

•Bachelor degree in chemistry-related major.

•3 or more years of relevant sales experience in PU products (e.g. base polyether polyol, rigid and flexible blended polyol, etc.).

•Extensive knowledge of the Polyether polyols industries.

•Demonstrated success at managing multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.

•Strong ability to develop new customers and markets.

•Have existing sales channels and customer resources.

•Language: fluent in English.
